Γεννήθηκε στην Κέρκυρα το 1983. Αποφοίτησε από το Μουσικό Σχολείο Κέρκυρας το 2001 και ξεκίνησε τις σπουδές της στο Τμήμα Μουσικών Σπουδών Ιονίου Πανεπιστημίου τις οποίες οποίες ολοκλήρωσε το 2007 αποφοιτώντας από την Κατεύθυνση Μουσικής Εκτέλεσης (φλάουτο)
Ο Γιώργος Φαρούγγιας γεννήθηκε στην Κέρκυρα. Σπούδασε φαγκότο με καθηγητή τον Κωνσταντίνο Σαμοΐλη στο Εθνικό Ωδείο Αθηνών και στην Ανώτατη Μουσική Ακαδημία του Φράιμπουργκ (Γερμανία) με υποτροφία του Ιδρύματος Αλέξανδρος Ωνάσσης.
